Can you explain in simple terms what the two EO yesterday actually do? I think they mean since China has taken over Hong Kong that Hong Kong is now being treated like China with no special privileges anymore.. Am I correct in this? Or have I missed the mark?
Do we have any lawfags that can explain or break this down to us mortals please? I'm getting mixed messages and I can't read all that legalese without glazing over. Blech.
