I do not think that Sessions’ recusal surprised Trump. If Sessions had not recused himself, the entire Russian hoax investigation would have been legally tainted as Sessions himself had worked on Trump’s campaign, had spoken with a Russian at one point IIRC, and was also surveilled.
It would have merely prolonged the entire hateful investigation, maybe even caused it to have to be re-done, if Sessions was over-seeing it. IMHO the Q drops about Sessions reveal the truth about Sessions, including Trump’s praise of him as “Q+” and the sacrifice he mentions, as well as Q saying sometimes you have to take one for the team. I encourage people to go to qmap and search “Sessions” and read them all.
Seems like the freeqs have all made up their own minds - either +Sessions or -Sessions. As another freeq just noted, we won’t know about Sessions until this all plays out.
No sense arguing about it. We have other fish to fry.
LJ, I’m with you on Sessions and I think he will resurface in a new role to be helping Trump.
On another note: what happened to Walt Stuart, I thought he had good posts?
You know what I think?
I think we need to look at every Q drop in retrospect.
I think President Trump has been trying to tell us all along that some stuff would be happening with Sessions. The President needs to know he can trust us. Sure, we trust him, but what does he have to go on? How does he know he can trust us?
We need to trust who he trusts, and understanding what misdirection is.
Im not sure what Im trying to say, but I think it boils down to trust Sessions
I’m hangin’ in there with you, LJ, on Sessions.
Of course I can see ... have even defended ... the whole maneuver of quarantining the Russia hoax in the bumbling special counsel until Trump had cleaned out the top of the FBI, gotten 2 more SCOTUS Justices, shored up the Senate etc.
And it’s easy to see Sessions falling on his sword to achieve the great plan.
But, bottom line, the whole Sessions episode is still a deep mystery to me.
