I am curious. Have others here avoided medical visits in the past months? I mean for things you might have gone for under normal circumstances.
I had a bad fall last Saturday. Bad enough that I would have gone to ER. I waited till Monday and called my orthopedic doc. Before xrays or MRI they require Covid test. I said no. Just not going thru that. I’ve been resting 5 days and am finally able to walk ok with my walker today but still hurts. I figure if I’m moving and not screaming I’ll make it.
they were avoided for me.
My Dr. is a VA doctor...and VA pushed all my scheduled exams out 3 months-ish.
I wouldn’t avoid a visit over a swabbing, WN...
Sorry you had a fall and now pain. Maybe seeing doc would be good, make sure no bones out of place or fractures.
I rarely go to doctor anyway so have had no need. DH has to go for medical checkup to keep up his CDL, so he’s going next week. They require mask because of evil she-governor but no mention of testing.

Oh dear. I will put you on my prayer list. That sounds like a nasty fall. If I fall and feel like something is broken, I would go to ER and suck it up.
I slammed a finger into a post 2 yrs ago (don’t ask me how) and I know I broke it lol. I wish I had gone to the doctor. 2 yrs later and it still hurts. I figure I’ll just donate my body to science with a note to check all these things haha.
But to answer your question.. nope. Neither husband or I have been. I really need a derm appt, but now that I’m swimming and blotchy tan hahahaha, I’ll just wait until Oct.
I’m taking a lot of Vit D with K.
Sorry about your fall.
