I propose District Cucks, and since Washington owned slaves the area will eventually be renamed by the socialists, and the initials can stay the same for the city. Also recommend returning most of D.C. to Maryland just as they did with the Virginia area of the federal square district.

There are a couple of problems with your good idea. MD doesn’t want it and whatever bit was left would still have three Electoral Votes in Presidential elections because of the 23rd Amendment.
