I haven’t heard those in my neck of the woods. Wouldn’t surprise me in more populas places though.

In the Long Island NYC metro area I hear them constantly and exclusively. No one says things the other ways at all. This is only maybe 2 years since I started noticing it. I was wondering if Downton Abby was the culprit.
