What if the article was titled, “Doctor Says, Man died after drinking Dihydrogenmonoxide”...?

Would you swear that water is the cause of death in young people today?

The point people are trying to make is that accompanying facts are critically important to understanding causation

Again, the hospital told Fox News that the man was perfectly healthy, and died of the coronavirus. I’m not sure how you can parse that to mean anything other than what it says. “Perfectly health” = “no comorbidities.”
