Well, last week here locally a black man got out of a car, cold-cocked a 12-year-old white kid busking on the street. All caught on a live stream video. As soon as he was arrested, the story has vanished from the local news. He will be prosecuted, no doubt, but after a couple of days, crickets. If the races were reversed, it will still be featured on network news, there’d be marches and no doubt our streets would be decorated with ‘murals’. The double standard is amazing.
Maybe it’s a “man bites dog” thing. Black on white crime really isn’t news.
Wow, and to prove your point, I am a religious watcher and reader of news, as are most of us here at FR, and I’d heard nothing of this story.
Race aside (as it should be!), why in the world would an adult man attack a 12-year-old boy? Seems pretty aggressively angry to me.

Yes, we are being overwhelmed by racist agit-prop. That was a truly horrifying incident, and it was completely ignored by the Mainstream Media. It would have been an interesting experiment to alter the video so that the races of the assailant and victim were switched and observe how the media covered it then.
Along the same lines someone on FR speculated that if the unfortunate driver in the Seattle freeway protest death had been white the Space Needle would have been brought down by now.
