On the pool report IIRC there was a quote from the hospital about mask requirement for all visitors and JMHO Trump was simply obeying Doctors' orders.
...as I do and have done ever since MY doctor told me I'd already had Covid and could wear 'em or not as I chose. (But I'll still wear a mask when I go into a hospital...just as Trump did and for exactly the same reason.)
POTUS told Sean that when he went to a hospital setting, if necessary, he would wear a mask. Seems like they all did as the pics show.
