No. A "leaked memo" Memo wasn't released. but they keep saying it. Falsify the lie, Repeat the lie. In May 2019, an FBI field office released a memo that listed QAnon as a potential domestic terrorism threat. [Yahoo News, 8/1/19 ]

No. One FBI field office in, IIRC, AZ, or maybe just an individual in said office, made some statement that went out into the internet that QAnon was a bad thing. It was not a FBI official policy or declaration at all. Sort of like a bubble of methane in a cesspool.
