Who could easily set up an internet network like Wayfair?

I watched a horrific you tube video about shipping containers and vans outfitted for... torture or something.
I think the van was here but the shipping containers were found by Dutch police.
Don’t know what they were being used for. Organ harvesting? Torture? Many awful theories in the comments-things people like us wouldn’t even consider.
