I was reading thru TommyG’s thread and he had side-by-side pics of Wayfair’s “item for sale” cough-cough and when heplug in the product no. (SPC), another site comes up showing pics of children. The site name began with Y and they spelled chidlren the same way that President Trump did in the tweet you showed. Also, didn’t Q mention the “Y” in previous drops? Was he referring to this particular site?

I'm not sure if the Y stood for Yandex but from the Q drops with (Y) it is a reference to the goat or baphomet. But it does fit in with the absolute evil they do. See:
