Can someone run this through photo forensics? From the eye it looks like some cutout pixelation around the feet. Not certain but short on time. If not I'll get to it later today.

I’m no expert but FotoForensics doens’t show any obvious image manipulation. It’s a low-res jpg so pixellation is going to be present.
