I was ultra suprised by this, and apparently the statement that she “will” be granted bail is a prediction by the defense attorney, has not happened at this point. I can’t listen to these FOX videos, but that’s the title. So defense is saying “will” but not granted (yet, and hopefully not) that I can see.
