If they’re feeding him a line then there’s no way he’d know it’s not true.
I’ll bet he waits til the last possible moment and then files for an en banc hearing. All calculated to run out the clock and keep Flynn in limbo til they figure out a better way to get him. Or win the Presidency and reset the game clock.
