I can’t remember what Roger Stone was convicted of but perhaps Barr is saying his prosecution and sentencing are “appropriate” to set precedent for future arrests. Since Barr also did not rule out possibility of pardon or sentence commuted. Can only POTUS do that or can the DoJ do something in that regard?
