The full court should tell Sullivan NO now do as you are told and dismiss the case. But WILL THEY?

It is the district courts job to consider + rule on pending motions, even ones that seem straightforward. This Court, if called upon, reviews those decisionsit does not preempt them. The lengths they’ve gone to already made it clear that Sullivan would not give up (i.e. his handlers would not let him give up) as long as there were options still available.
Nothing about this makes sense - - unless you are Judge Sullivan.
