Yes I saw it. I believe this was sort of a flow chart illustrating the new CDC guidelines for what determines a "Probable Case," and would henceforth be lumped into the "Confirmed Cases."
If the CDC had one iota of scientific integrity they would NEVER CHANGE THE RULES OF MEASUREMENT IN THE MIDDLE OF AN EXPERIMENT ... especially one with such profound real-life implications for the economy, politics and the LIVES OF MILLIONS OF INDIVIDUALS AND SMALL BUSINESSES, particularly in the industries hardest hit by government action.
Of course many of the ultra-large techie corporations are DOING EXTREMELY WELL UNDER THE GOVERNMENT LOCKDOWNS, including FB, NFLX, AMZN, MSFT, GOOGL, AAPL.
While on the one hand, the success of these companies speaks to the resilience of the U.S. economy, I WONDER to what extent they may be using their vast influence to KEEP TAPPING THE BRAKES ON REOPENING for the rest of the economy?
It's an occupational hazard of capitalism that these behemoths are NOT GOING TO CHANGE THEIR BEHAVIOR on behalf of even indirect competitors (such as bars, restaurants, movie theaters, boutique shops relying upon walk-in business, Las Vegas casinos ... etc.).
It's not their job to protect small businesses; but, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS TO STOP DESTROYING THESE BUSINESSES.

More money since hospitals took a financial hit from the lack of elective procedures.
More control since there is now precedent to re-lockdown areas with spikes in cases.
You are missing the point. Who decided that massive wide-spread quarantine was preferable to protecting the vulnerable? Many doctors and epidemiologists tried to warn that with massive quarantine, when the society started to open up the result would be a huge jump in infections -- they were denied any exposure in the media.
I wrote PDJT early on and warned him he was being duped; I think he sees that now, probably had no choice at the time given the media hype that was created.
Now the media is screaming that soon there will be another H1N1 swine flu. These viruses will dominate the news until DJT leaves office - then they will become just another annual flu invasion. Oh! ...and the talk of vaccines is also hype {California}; viruses are always mutating. Just as the annual flu vaccine changes every year - and it is just a guess - so other flu vaccines will evolve. There will NEVER be a 100% cure for viruses - although Remdesivir will be available for $2,000+ per case. Wiki says, 'As of May 2020, there was no good evidence that remdesivir reduced mortality in people with COVID-19'... ah well.
