It sounds like it isn’t. Doubtful that very many people have actually read the mandate.
Went to store yesterday that posted notice masks were required. I observed the same ratio of mask wearers vs. no mask as there was prior to the mandate
I’m thinking people Are still making their own decisions regardless of abbots mandate.
