Went with my neighbors yesterday to pick blueberries. He and I talked about our knees. He just had one replaced. I had Cortisone shots in both knees on Friday. They actually feel great right now. Hoping it lasts. It's been getting to upper 90's for over a week. The blueberries were so plentiful it only took a few minutes to get a bucket full.
