How can they possibly have a leg to stand on when the are refusing to teach the kids themselves!! I think Trump has the power to fire teachers who refuse to work just as Regan did with the air traffic controllers!!

I agree with you, but these are State contracts. I never knew about Public Employees Unions, and I went to work for one, and did I get an education! When they figured out I was a Republican, th÷y wou)d kid me and I gave it right back. I think they appreciated the fact that I gave them one of the few clean PAC audits, and actually did my job, saved them money and help them with financing. As long as they left e alone that was OK as they paid me well (and I was worth it) But dues are their livelihood, and ⅚hey run California, or no parent will ever be able to volunteer at their kid's school again. I think it was Michigan that unionized child caregivers. A neighbor watched kids for a few minutes before kids caught school bus, and was a criminal.
