Hey Rusty , thanks. I know MANY MANY here have medical issues. Some they share, many more are kept private. This is the blessing of living long, I guess. Each of us grows with every challenge. We usually do NOT like the scenario but do try to make the best of it and to see the silver lining.
Visual has always been my primary sensory. doing the jewelry, reading, internet.. are all favs. With the way the world and the USA is going I am not sure I want to be around a whole lot longer. I want to vote in Nov.. I MUST TRY to get my house shoveled out(literally) and sold to not leave a burden to my son.
We all find ourselves in situations where we can either go crazy and just kick back or trust God. I have been in that later sync for 30 years.
I know your recent medical history is awful and frustrating but I always see in you the positive response. No pity parties. Just carry on soldier. So admirable. You are an inspiration. Your enjoyment of life and your family is appealing.
To all here. I am a people person and as one of my fields was psychology and therapeutic counseling I am always amazed at how the folk at this regular thread have such resilience and such fun in life despite all.
Death of family and friends has had its toll on all of us. Profound. Death is final (in this world at least) and difficult to cope with . This insane travesty of pandemic makes me angry. so many people hurt and deceived .. why .. we know why. Keeping the hefty negative emotions in check is hard, isn’t it.
Well my friends, gonna say good night and God speed. we had some MUCH needed rain. I won’t have to Dance with hoses (hanks to Iowa Granny) here or lug water home to water. PTL.

Thank you Dolly, but I’m not always optimistic. I get depressed lately because here I am in this awful heat another summer. Had to cancel my trip to visit my niece because she has lupus and other problems. I know I have a lot to be thankful for, but some days it’s hard. You are a true inspiration to me dealing with all your problems. I guess we all here are good for each other.
