Quite possibly if people are working inside these areas they have or will be killed. Scientist possibly are a target.
I’m reading a Vince Flynn book and a man working for Moosad just caused explosions inside a nuclear facility in Iran. He did it in broad day light in order to kill certain people there. Yes, fiction but fiction and fact are a very thin line especially today.
