I figured out why I felt so bad all this week and missed work.
I was stressed,hot and not allowed to breathe like a normal person because for seven hours a day I have to wear a mask at all times.
I think this is unhealthy because I know my body and I hardly ever get sick.I see a doctor only for checkups and only when something is wrong!
I have never felt this bad or tired and I do believe it's from wearing a mask.
I was off several days this week,but once at home started to feel better. I worked 8 hours yesterday and slept in until 10:00 this morning,which I've never Done!
Point is the mask is making me sick but I have to wear one in order to work. This is all wrong!
