Try wearing one for 50 straight minutes doing physical therapy. I have to do it twice a week, and get light headed. I’d quit, except I’m on my way to walking well and really need to keep up the therapy.

I have to wear it everywhere I went,except in the car!

Some say it helps some say not so much.
I always feel nauseous after wearing one in this heat!
