Our next door neighbors moved into a ...move in house. First month they found termites. New roof ...terrace areas upstairs apparently were leaking. Our maple fell and hit their back porch. Now they are having flooding in their basement. Actually no house is move in ready without problems. Save your money for this next house would be my suggestion.
