I was hoping parents would realize just how little time is spent on education in the classroom. Plus see how important it is for someone to be home with the children. Maybe less of them will be returning when schools open again.
We saw a beautiful house last night. People are now asking about $100,000 more than they did last year! We are in a huge seller’s Market, with only 2 months inventory. Not a good time to buy. So we are going to be in a mad rush to get our house ready so we are at least buying and selling in the same Market. Our prior plans of always buying high and selling low whether houses or stock market, hasn’t worked out good, lol.

With all the people fleeing the big cities for the country, I can see how it is driving the prices up.
Makes your search so much harder.
You sure it wouldn’t be much easier to buy a supply of ear plugs?
Just kidding, of course.

My advise from a right-brained buying view...DO not waste time updating your house. NO counter tops/flooring/painting...landscaping perhaps. I hate most people's flooring!! Period. I also hate most people's counter-top choices. I also hate most people's paint colors. People as they go into a home its mostly a feeling and how the house is laid out. Only a few people are very into a house--as is. They go home and say..well I'll need to change this..and that..and perhaps that...the list tends to grow longer and longer and they see this as is..house isn't. My two cents.
