Wind has died down.
We had a rain shower, enough to cool things off and get the trees and ground pretty wet.
Kind of eerie.
The sun is getting low, the air is cool and smells of rain and smoke, and the wind is still.
No evacuation order yet.
God’s presence is strong.
Let’s hope and pray that the rain and cooler temperature will help the firefighters get a handle on this fire.

Fire usually lays down at night and that will be very helpful in fighting it.
