I think this refers to three miles of wall buit where the Rio Grande makes a 180 degree turn by the "butterfly sanctuary", which was used to facilitate the smuggling of drugs and people constantly. It was built on private property. Not sure why Trump is weighing in on it, becasue Fisher also built the .75 mile project by thee group We Build the Wall, which was highly praised by the BP. Fisher is also building a new section of the regular Wall.

I disagreed with doing this very small (tiny) section of wall, in a tricky area, by a private group which raised money by ads. It was only done to make me look bad, and perhsps it now doesn’t even work. Should have been built like rest of Wall, 500 plus miles.
