That's what I keep asking - how long does a Governor get to declare a "state of emergency"? Can they just keep being renewed over & over again? Why haven't any of them been challenged?

If these Governors can do whatever they want under a "state of emergency" what else can they make people do? What is to stop them from going full-on dictator?
