Judge Sullivan refuses to give up - and asks the DC Circuit for a rehearing (en banc) on the dismissal of the Flynn case.
Allegation: the DC Circuit granting of mandamus "threatens the orderly administration of justice."

BTW, just making sure everybody is aware of these 2 things:

After an indictment is unsealed that's when the legal maneuvering begins. People supposing the trials start like a month after the indictments are fantasizing.
2) The DC Court of Appeals has the option of **rejecting** Sullivan's request for en banc review.
He must have received some promises or threats, or he’s the biggest ahole of them all.
