Is CNN now saying the gate wasn't damaged? I've seen pictures of the broken gate on the Internet. Is CNN sating that's a hoax?

I have seen video of the start of the incident.

First, an agitator comes up to the gate, and uses what appears to be a bolt cutter to open it. It is pretty blurry image.

Then a lead agitator leads the mob in through the gate.

A some point, the gate is damaged, but exactly when is unclear.

There is a clear sign saying "private street".

Posting this photo so folks can see 'the mainstreet on the other side of the gate' that the 300 protestors, some of them armed, were on which they 'left' to crash this private gate and enter clearly marked with ‘No Trespassing’ and ‘Private Street’ signs denoting private property.......

The protesters committed trespassing and fourth-degree assault by intimidation, One person pulled out some loaded pistol magazines and clicked them together and said that this couple were next......also protestors were yelling obscenities and threats of harm to both victims.
