I understand the concern and in previous administrations it would have been a valid one, but AG Barr is in charge now, and you could not get a much higher profile case with more eyes watching every move than this one, including the Acting AG and the incoming new one. She seems to have focused on her job and has had some success as a prosecutor, including a sex offender:
