Now that hundreds of thousands of tests are free and available to everyone with a sniffle, scratchy throat, tummy ache, or paper cut... it is obvious that the number of "cases" are going up. There is no 2nd wave. If there were the death rate and percentage of positives / to tests administered would be going up. Neither is... How do you explain that Mr. Mark My Words?
