Is there any legal official stuff about Flynn’s case? Is the whole DC court of appeals (what, 9 of them) going to hear it? Who gets to make these kinds of decisions?
I think the members of the appeals court can themselves seek to hear the case in full and I think that’s what Sullivan is waiting for ... then he would submit a filing to have heard if they don’t.
