Here in Houston seems to me they are trying to blame it on people going to the beaches and the rivers but not the protesters who gathered in their hundreds of thousands just a couple of weeks ago. Apparently there are no controls on people bringing it from Mexico either, for all their big talk about keeping Americans out.

Makes loads of sense in my book but I'm also liking the explanation disestablishmentarian posted about wave energy. And honestly I think a sort of "all of the above" choice may apply to create "the perfect storm." I'm looking at A) increased testing, I've found several family and friends have been tested recently due to emergency room visits and upcoming elective medical procedures that were postponed due to chicom. B) riots C) warm weather which has not only sent kids out to party in the swimming holes but also lots of multi-family gatherings have packed our lakes. And D) again Dis's wave theory resonates sense to me.

And I also strongly suspect the DS of sending contaminated agents into this mix to try and force mail-in voting. Looking at all these individual contributors and factoring in a rolling wave thru the area, I think we get our current numbers. However, we don't have a death rate to justify the panic and fear that's pushed. I know Houston and the other metro areas are much different from our rural bunch but at least, in our area, we aren't seeing fear.

Went to church this morning and not even one mask out of 100-120 people. Folks shaking hands, a few hugs. Couple people are in chemo treatment so we did distance for them but they weren't wearing masks.

Report: Tulsa Arena Management Sabotaged Trump Rally Attendance

A June 25 report by Armstrong Economics claimed that early in the day on Saturday BOK Center staff had placed stickers on every other seat in the arena barring use thereby cutting in half the attendance of the 19,199 seat arena.

• Entry to the “Secure Area” NOT the BOK center was about 5 blocks away where you had to pass “screeners” who took your temperature, made you put on a face mask and gave you a green band to proceed to Secret Service Security.
• When the temperature screeners left their post (2 hrs before rally start) - the entire entry to the BOK Trump rally was shut down.
• The BOK center just before the doors opened had blocked off every other seat in the arena so the arena could only hold about 9500 people. (Stickers on every other seat)
• BOK center was only letting 100 in at a time.
• When temp screeners left their posts thousands could not get in to the first checkpoint because the temperature screeners had to put green wrist band on you to gain access to the Secret Service security checkpoint. No green band— no entry to the security check point.
• No green wrist bands meant supporters could not get into the holding area to see the stage for the outdoor Trump Rally.
• It was all a setup to make it look like the crowds did not show up. The crowds DID show up and after 5pm,- 2 hours before the event- no one was there to let them get to security.
