If inevitable then the bargaiing chip should be only if they split California up to isolate the ultra-lib sections into one area, and create two additional conservative states in the process.
Just think, if the House had a filibuster rule, like the Senate, nothing would ever be passed.
Instead we have all this mishmash passed in the House with a simple majority, while the Senate is stopped dead in its tracks.

The senate simply needs to return to the “Mr. Smith goes to Washington” filibuster rule.
Be recognized and speak your peace to make your point to the people and your fellow senators. Then VOTE!
No backroom deals, no prisoners! The Senate must Stand Up and Be Counted!
P.S. no more omnibus bills, let legislation stand or fall on its own merits.
