As testing increases, numbers are expected to climb.  But Google, in my opinion, is trying to increase the fear of the public.  To link every single article to the same stories of the virus.  Google inserts your number into the headline.   You don’t find that a little bit suspicious…

I don’t know that Google is inserting the number, rather it is searching based on the criteria given. At some point, various locations will report that number.

A person could conceivable search low numbers and get low number reports too, failing to trigger fear.
