One wonders whether or not Google is a PRC cutout as well...
Gulagle helped China set up its own internet and spying system. I think it was called Dragonfly (?) and also helpd the Chinee military with some tech stuff.
I am sure others here know more details and can set the record straight.
If not a cutout, definitely on the same team.
