So the plastics target the national parks. It is good that they avoid populous areas, or we would have a problem.

Do they use Google Maps to get to the parks?

If my math is right, the 1,000 tons over the western U.S. states (1.873 million sq miles) comes to about .9 pounds per sq mile. I don’t know about you but that sounds like an amount nature can manage.
