I agree. I don't believe Putin would deliver a soccer ball to convey a message he could say in one sentence. I also don't think Putin likes to put the ball in someone else's court, ever.

I stopped listening to SerialBrain2 because that kind of speculation (soccer ball) was often portrayed as absolute truth. He often had an interesting POV and sometimes clever insights not found elsewhere, but eventually I turned away when the decodes were insistant on belief, even when content was vague or contorted.
