Unless I am living in an alternate reality, AG Barr did announce that the DoJ has officially classified Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization. IIRC withint the last 10 days. I will check later.
Not sure exactly what it takes, I’m guessing others here may have that knowledge but Cruz has been trying to get them designated as a terrorists for over a year. Apparently the FBI classified them as terrorists back in 2016. Again, not clear what legally has to happen but it hasn’t been done yet.
