OK, let us explore. If a man walks into my store nicely dressed and well groomed I am not likely to be alarmed. But if he comes in with a hoodie and his pants hanging off his butt, I may watch him a bit closer. It's not the color, it's the demeanor that gets me watching. Dude in the suit might shoot me and my instincts would have been wrong. But the odds are not in that scenario
