But his reactions to his own uncertainties make me think he really is impaired. He seemed tentative and dependent. In my experience, those are indicators of dementia.
I also noted all the young women around him seem quite comfortable with his ineptitude. His babysitters.

Have you seen Sleepy Joe’s YouTube ad??? The few seconds you are forced to watch before hitting Skip Ad are sad. There are even subtitles and he gets it wrong slurring his words.
