It is all so intense now, it really is. Maddening at times.
I think it’s a good idea to limit ourselves to just so much time per day online. If nothing more than to get a breather from the nonsense. We still need to know what’ going on, but it maybe needs to be in smaller bites so that we can decompress from time to time.
I slept all of 4 hours this morning after I got home from work. I woke up dead tired, but couldn’t go back to sleep. Which is probably Ok - I’m off work the next 3 days so I can catch up on my sleep as needed.

I believe we are making progress out there.
We gotta hold on a little longer and remember the reasons they do the things they do is to evoke response from us. They live for the loosh. (Loosh- A term applied to energy produced by human beings and animals that other entities use to feed from.)
