I saw another poster like this in some youtube for folks to sign up for various duties.
There were perhaps 10 items (trash pickup, recycling, sweeping of sidewalks, etc.) Two people had signed up.
I recall in the Soviet Union and other government heavy countries - the individuals sense of responsibility just isn’t there - the government will take care of the problem.
That really struck me in watching those crazy car crash scenes from even modern-day Russia. A car will fly through the intersection and crash into a pole. Three feet away will be some guy that takes a step to avoid the crash.... and then he keeps walking.
The American car crash videos show numerous people running towards the crash scene to help.
A sign demanding/begging for a bunch of stuff they want/need to keep their little charade going. Hmmmm, “autonomous” - you keep using that word. I don’t think it means what you think it means...
