Amen! Remember, even God rested on the 7th day and commanded His people to set aside that 7th day to rest and focus on Him!
This is the enemy of God throwing all these things at us. Even our spiritual enemy knows God's Word and that God wins. That enemy of God may be in denial and throwing all manner of evil against God's children but we will prevail! It is good to fill ourselves with His Word to have that reminder re-stirred within our souls so that we bring fresh spiritual energy to this battle! God's Word is pure encouragement. Battle weary soldiers all need refreshment from active battle. We are those soldiers and I pray that each FreeQ receive that necessary uplift, rest, refreshment and encouragement. I've been on a much longer break than planned due the the death of my dad's sister who lead me to the Lord at 30 yrs of age. Her death was not chicomvirus related but she had gone on hospice in a nursing home March 12 so we had no visitation until her last 2 weeks. Praise God our Governor opened the option to have family visits her last 2 weeks. Her funeral brought my kids and grandkids from Alabama and Oklahoma to our house for 3 weeks. (I count that as a blessing received from chicom work-from-home rules)
I kept up with the thread (usually 2-4 days behind) during these visits and had just caught up and was about to jump in again when my dad had a heart attack 8 days ago. Daddy is ok now but he had a 2nd heart attack in the hospital during a procedure to install stints. As my dad was leaving the hospital docs discovered stage 4 cancer in one of daddy's brothers. It has been a crazy last few weeks.
But, still, God is in control. These lives all are given over to God and both within my family and observing the acts of the evil one in our world I still know God has us all right in the palm of His hand. I pray that each of you receive the Love and Peace of our God in your minds and emotions to heal the battle scars we are experiencing. I love you all and having you fight in the background while I've dealt with family issues means much to me.

Comfort Wneighbor and the family over the loss of their beloved aunt. Thank you for her faithfulness in witnessing to Wneighbor and for the hope of seeing her again through JESUS CHRIST our SAVIOR. Thank you the family was able to visit their Aunt in the nursing home and say their goodbyes before You took her home.
LORD, You are HEALER. By Your stripes we are made whole. We Freepers stand on Your Promises of healing for Wneighbor’s father. Fill him with Your SPIRIT. Wash him. Cleanse him. Make him whole.
