Why it matters: Today's vote gives Graham sweeping authority to subpoena documents and more than 50 individuals related to the Russia investigation, including former FBI director James Comey, former CIA director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence James ClapperMore nonsense.
This "sweeping authority" does not give Graham a shred of authority to do anything about these crimes, since the Constitution grants neither executive or judicial powers to Congress.

This "sweeping authority" does not give Graham a shred of authority to do anything about these crimes, since the Constitution grants neither executive or judicial powers to Congress. It gives him authority to make the case before the people, make criminal referrals, and bolster Durham/Barr's cases, which are in progress.
