New York Times columnist Paul Krugman has joined forces with a number of professors seeking an economist's removal from his top job at an academic journal. Harald Uhlig was called out after he criticized calls to defund police and was accused of 'trivializing' the Black Lives Matter's campaign. Uhlig, a professor of economics of the University of Chicago, tweeted Monday: 'Too bad, but #blacklivesmatter per its core organization @Blklivesmatter just torpedoed itself, with its full-fledged support of #defundthepolice' A newly resurfaced blog post he authored in 2017 also asked: 'Would you defend football players waving the confederate flag and dressing in Ku Klux Klan garb during the playing of the national anthem?'

Prof. Uhlig is absolutely correct. What’s going on in Chicago and Seattle proves it. Krugman’s a bad joke.
What concerns me is that the Left has coordinated the attacks of its power centers in politicians, academia, large globalist businesses and media and have really gone on the offensive lately. They are coordinated and focused. I cannot tell that our side even has a strategy to deal with this. They have to be met with very forceful opposition or very important voices and sources of information will be silenced.

That economist obviously doesn’t realize that in addition to the two tier justice system we have now, there is also a two tier freedom of speech:
Conservative = bad...OK to censure
Liberal = good..they can say what they want
The Left is going to use this as a tool to get rid of as many conservatives as they are able in positions of influence and power.
And corporate America cooperates with the Left to squash speech and cancel people who say something the left disapproves. Censorship and Social Credit are alive and will rule in America. As all voices but the Left’s are stifled people will no longer be able to even think thoughts that are not in conformity. One post that expresses an unapproved sentiment costs one his job or gets him thrown out of school. We are well on our way to being a Communist country. I don’t think we can turn back. We can delay a bit but the system is overwhelming us socially even as we seem to be winning politically. The politics will follow the social.
Stalin found his economist in Eugen Varga, and, likewise, the Democrats have found their own in Paul Krugman.
Yeah, old Paul has been about as accurate as a 2$ Rolex.
