Disable WIFI service
Cut off internet access
Cut off telephone service
No one in or out - ie no food or other supplies
Cut off electricity
See how their landlocked little sovereign state handles that!

I think cutting off the cell, wifi and internet will work faster than any of the others (food, water, electricity). They will literally not be able to function. They are narcissistic to the core and to not be able to text, snapchat etc will shut their world down.
