The El Rodeo was either deep state money laundering/counterfeiting,trafficking sight ( CIA, FBI, who knows) or it was SINALOA CARTEL and Chauvin was the “enforcer” that’s why Floyd was ok with arrest till he knew he was going with Chauvin an he knew that would mean he was getting his ticket punched...at some point I believe he is heard on tape saying:You promised you would not kill me!Anyway its as believable theory as any out there who the heck knows except Q?
